Review of St. Augustine Beach, Florida

Attractive, but Conservative
Star Rating - 6/11/2006
St. Augustine boasts a lovely historic town (the oldest European continuously occupied settlement, 1565) and attractive beaches. It's a fun tourist spot. However the town and surrounding county are extremely conservative . . .

Conservative sounds good to me. Lived in Southern California my whole life. There are hardly any Americans there now.

Sounds like a nice place- a bit of old and new with nice beaches. Compared to a liberal place with outrageous taxes and poor city/state management, the conservative part sounds nice.
